  • Make personal backup copies of your purchased files

  • Upload the files to streaming services, file sharing sites, or any public platform
  • Claim ownership or authorship of the music
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices embedded in the files
  1. DOWNLOAD LINKS

Download links provided after purchase are time-limited and for your personal use only. Links expire after a set period following purchase. We recommend downloading your files promptly and saving them to your device or personal backup storage.

If you experience technical difficulties downloading your files within the link
validity period, please contact us at info@westharborpublishing.com and we will do our best to assist you.

  1. FILE FORMATS

Digital downloads are provided in the formats listed on the product page at the time of purchase. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices or software. It is your responsibility to ensure your device supports the file format before
purchasing.

  1. REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once download links
have been accessed. If you experience a technical problem preventing you from downloading your purchase, please contact us before accessing your download links and we will work to resolve the issue.

Refunds may be considered on a case by case basis for purchases where download links have not been accessed. Contact us at info@westharborpublishing.com within 48 hours of purchase.

  1. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in US Dollars. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and
added at checkout based on your location. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All music sold through West Harbor Publishing LLC is the intellectual property of the respective copyright holders. West Harbor Publishing LLC acts as a distributor and does not claim ownership of the underlying works unless explicitly stated.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

West Harbor Publishing LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use purchased files, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or loss of business. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected transaction.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our store following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
